This mini heatwave is wonderful and apparently set to last well into next week. Here I go talking about the weather again. That is a huge topic of conversation between the majority of my Facebook friends, 'how you can always guarantee a weather update from Suzy'! They're right, I do post about the weather so much and I follow Sean Batty on Twitter and he even tweets back to me, my claim to fame!!!!
So I took the kids and I down to Innerleithen today in the Scottish Borders. We thought it was better to stay inland as the beach would probably have quite a wind. What a very good decision. It was gorgeous. My car was reading 25 degrees so it was pretty darn hot.
The kids played in the River Tweed, we had a picnic, I sunbathed and good fun was had by all.
Just started to make the kid's their dinner then it will be shower time and I think we will all have an early night as we are all "sunned" out I think.
